Producing exceptional Wagyu begins with responsible farming. Our purpose-built eco-shelters provide a comfortable year-round environment for our cattle while delivering measurable environmental outcomes, including zero discharge to land or groundwater and significantly reduced on-farm nitrogen losses to water. Nutrient-rich compost is returned to the land to support healthier soils and productive cropping - helping us care for both our cattle and the environment for generations to come.

Responsible farming starts with understanding our impact, and finding practical ways to improve it.
Preliminary analysis indicates that our production system generates approximately 30% less CO₂e/kg of liveweight than traditional beef production.
This outcome reflects the efficiencies of our integrated supply chain and grain-finishing program, which enables cattle to reach heavier carcass weights at a younger age.
We’re continuing to refine and optimise our production system, looking for practical opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce emissions and strengthen the sustainability of our business over time.
